MSSR was incorporated to take forward partnerships specializing in petrol forecourt development. As a company we are well regarded in this particular field and are only one of few providing services to oil companies nationwide.
 
Our clients are some of the biggest names in the Petroleum industry, they include, Somerfield and Total UK.
 
 
 
Petrol Forecourts developments by MSSR are a combination of design excellence, attention to detail, experience in petrol chemical industry and an overall consciousness of safety and environmental responsibilities.
 
 
We work closely with customers so as to ensure that petrol filling stations are rebuilt with the minimum closure period. In addition to full knock down and re-build, Design and Build, Shop Refurbishment and extensions.

  • Liase with local authorities on making tanks safe
  • Demolishing existing buildings, complying with all relevant legislation
  • Advise on and undertaking the clearance of contaminated land.
