From Concept to Completion, we provide a complete one stop client solution, from liaising with Council and highway agencies to dealing with planning permission and regulations.
At MSSR we offer a variety of contracting methods, each carefully defined with varying levels of involvement. In order to accommodate a broad range of clients, these include: Design and build, full knock down and re-build, demolition, environmental clean up and Turnkey operations.
On each project we ensure that a flexible yet practical approach is maintained throughout. Our team of Contracts Managers and Site Managers are supported by surveying, planning and administrative professionals in order to achieve the best possible result.
Design and Build
At MSSR we pride ourselves on being able to offer a complete service. We will engage the client in defining and planning project phasing, budgeting and conceptual costing in order to establish the appropriate delivery method, scheduling of building priorities, as well as determining where and how to procure special materials, equipment and/or additional labour.
During the design phase of any project, we will not only work with you to agree the desired look of a project outcome using Computer Aided Design technology, but will also discuss the potential cost of maintaining your build project.
Turnkey Construction
If you are planning a construction project up to £10m and would like us to be your project partners, one thing you can be sure of is that no matter how large the project, when we work to budget we won’t compromise on quality.
We work closely with Trading Standard Officers, the HSE and our clients to maintain our reputation which is second to none. An endorsement of this statement lies in the calibre of our clients and our undisputed track record in health and safety.
Regeneration
We have the resources to use brown field sites for development along with a team who are experienced in demolition and site clearance. We will ensure to maximise on development potential, whilst using utilising recycled materials.
