Current projects by MSSR include:
MSSR head offices have been based in Rotherham for over 20 years. As a company we are proud to be part of the regeneration of Rotherham.
Our most recent project which launched in January 2008 is the construction of a three storey block of flats. The site will consist of a total of 21 flats.
The performance of the site will be continually monitored. EcoHomes assessments throughout the project will ensure environmental balances, ensuring high quality of life and a safe and healthy internal environment.

The most recent site to be acquired by MSSR is a site which lies on the North side of the A6022 Rockingham Road, Swinton.
The site comprises the premises of Rockingham Car Sales, a forecourt and a brick built house previously used as office space.
We are still in the early stages with this particular site. We have commissioned the completion of a Desk Study Report and have recently instructed for there to be a series of land tests carried out.
There are no plans available at this early stage.

Project Name: Concept Court

Concept court is a 0.8a site which lies within the Manvers area which is situated North of the Rotherham Borough.
Manvers was designed as an Enterprise Zone in 1995 with the purpose of regenerating an area which had until the mid 1980s been a thriving coal mining area. The land has since been reclaimed, attracting a number of developers and business to the area.
As a newly designed Business Park on vacant land, there is little development nearby. This gave us at MSSR the perfect opportunity, to ensure that Concept Court was positioned in a prime location, featuring exceptional characteristics.
Concept Court has been built in two phases. Phase 1 was the construction of a curved office unit and two attached units to either side, offering breathtaking views across adjacent nature reserve. Phase 2 was the construction of a further two detached units.
