As a result theMSSR teamhas been recognised as a company with excellent safety records on several occasions, by several different awarding bodies.

 

 

  

  

In 2006 TOTAL UK committed to making an award to the top performing Retail Contractor for performance related to Health and Safety on CDM (Construction Design Management regulations) projects. Throughout 2006 all of TOTAL UK’s Principle Contractors on CDM projects were audited by TOTAL Engineers and independent Health & Safety Consultant ‘F&G’ (Faithful & Gould).

 

A league table was maintained throughout 2006 and each contractor audit was analysed and given an overall % score. From this league table, the Contractors were then judged by ‘F&G’ on five basic principles relating to Health and Safety performance. The results were taken to a panel consisting of Engineers, Consultants and Health and Safety Representatives.

 

 

 

 

On behalf of BP and Global Alliance MSSR have been presented the Best Site Set Up award for there projects throughout 2003 and 2004. The highly regarded award was happily excepted by the MSSR team as a mark of the companies dedication to site design and implementation.

 

Site Manager Neil Pantry said; "Everyone at MSSR is really pleased to have won this award as its great recognition for the hard work that goes into each sites set up. We do pay great attention to how we organise each of the sites, and try our bests to develop an efficient and smoothly ran site."

 

 

On behalf of Global Alliance MSSR have been awarded the 2004 Best Principle Contractor award. The award was given as celebration of all our efforts towards developing projects which not only show an extensive amount of knowledge, but also the companies excellent project management skills.

 

Managing Director Mr Michael Sanders said; "We are all really pleased at MSSR to recieve the award for Best Principal Contactor. Its a perfect demonstration of the companies dedication to getting a project finished with minimal disruption and maximum effectiveness. All of our team work hard to ensure all projects are completed in a cost effective, time conscious manner, without compromising the quality of the work undertaken."

 

 

 
Site operative Gordon Greaves won the Safety Awards on behalf of MSSR for 2004. Gordon has been working as part of the MSSR team for over ten years now, and his reputation for a great safety record and excellent site management skills have gained him the prestigious award.
