Alongside our major contractors division we have a dedicated small works team who undertake a variety of small works projects, particularly surrounding petrol forecourt development and retail construction for a number of clients such as Total UK and Wilkinson’s.

 

Our dedicated small works division largely accommodates projects up to £100,000 which encompass a complete range of construction works. We undertake planned and reactive maintenance, offering a professional maintenance service to resolve all of those small jobs which can result in larger problems.

 

MSSR small works division provides a flexible, tailored, responsive and planned maintenance and repairs services for local authorities and other public and private bodies. Our method of approach to all projects ensures that each small works project receives the same level of attention to that of a major project. 

 

We employ skilled and manual operatives who work on both small works and major projects. They are highly experienced in all aspects of works which we carry out. The division is equipped with a large fleet of vans, each fitted with satellite tracking systems. We are contactable 7 days a week and by arrangement can offer a 24 hour service, connecting urgent enquiries directly to a MSSR field operative.
